Dedicated to my beloved husband....

Once in a lifetime....you find someone who touches not only your heart, but also your soul.
Once in a lifetime....you find someone who stands beside you, not in front of you.
Once in a lifetime....you find someone who loves you for who you are.
Once in a lifetime....you find a very special love as I have found you.
I am so lucky to have found you!

Holiday plans together.....

Ruud, my husband, will arrive 1 week before Ramadhan. It's better to arrive earlier to avoid the travel rush during the moslem new year. We are making several plans for spending togetherness...first...I was thinking to visit Bali for few days with my family. Thinking of how nice and fun of the beautiful places & exotic scenery it would be (though we've been there for several times, it keeps attracting us to go again and again...no wonder that Bali was awarded as the best place to visit by an international travel magazine which I forgot the name) ....most of all...it'd be the real first time of my husband to go along with my family....hm...the excitement was tickling me :) . Yet, after having further discussion & consideration on the hectic travelling during this high season, we regretly have to let this plan postpone for a while.

Ruud changes the plan & suggests to visit the closer places to go by driving. I know he's very keen on visiting Lombok island where he's never been before. I've been there once back to 13 or 14 years ago. It has beautiful small islands called Gili Air, Gili Trawangan and Gili Meno. The beaches are very clean and it's excellent for those who likes to dive. It's really worthed to go!

My husband is scheduled to arrive Jakarta on 25 October 2005.
It's been 4 months since we last met in Groningen - Holland when I visited him and other families & friends for the first time after our marriage. He lives in Groningen and I live in Jakarta. To say...it's quite difficult to live like this...but it's all temporary for now.
If you ask me if I miss him or not...of course I miss him very terribly. But what makes me feel so happy is that he will stay here for about 4,5 months....so, from now on....I start counting the days until there comes the day when I will be standing among the crowd waiting nervously towards the arriving hall at the Soekarno-Hatta airport.
